Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is used for prospecting and sourcing contact info.
  • It is able to find the contact information of prospects
  • I am able to use it to search for titles in prospecting
  • It is relatively easy to use
  • Some of the contact info is outdated
  • Some of the contact info is false and unreliable
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Grown database
  • Decreased lead time to reach decision makers
ZoomInfo is great at finding contact information, however LinkedIn is great at updated contact information.
ZoomInfo is great at finding user info and titles, however, the info is at times outdated with the contact info being false.
