Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo to find contacts for our prospects. The tool is only being used by our outbound sales development representative team.
- Direct dials to prospects.
- Salesforce integration.
- Ease of use.
- Some of the contacts are dated and we get a good amount of bounces.
- I'd like to download more of the company level metrics for free/cheaper and download the contact level data.
- Grew database.
- Better efficiency for employees.
We sell to retail partners, so Etailinsights is a good fit for us.
