Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use Zoominfo to search for direct dials for leads. It's been very helpful since the database is robust and lots of direct dials are there. I have used other tools in the past, but Zoominfo by far, has the most accurate and complete database. It can also be used to find out who the decision makers are when we do not find them in Linkedin.
- Best tool, by far, to get direct dials
- Easy and intuitive filters for advanced search
- Sometimes has info on decision-makers that is useful when the lead does not have a LinkedIn profile
- In the past Zoominfo had a functionality (that I guess did not work, since it was subtracted) for alert users of changes in a given record. For example, an alert system that would notify me if the direct dial of a given lead gets available. It would be very useful to "Save" leads in Zoominfo and get notified if the title, email or direct dial of this lead become available.
- This one is hard: make the lead Linkedin profile page available in Zoominfo.
- Faster way to get in contact directly with leads
- Increased the quality of database
- More satisfied sales reps
- Less time spent on lead research
Zoominfo's database is more accurate, updated and bigger.
