Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
In sales ZoomInfo is used to find prospects within current or potential customers.
Pros
- Large Database - lots of info
- Easy to use platform and searches
- The "reach out" plug in for linked in is great
Cons
- Information inevitably becomes stale
- You can go through credits quickly when exporting data
- There has been an uptick in meetings set
- The database has grown
It is comparable to most data sites. They all get stale after a while and are best used in conjunction with LinkedIn. The reachout plugin for Chrome makes zoominfo stand out (you can view a LinkedIn profile and pull their info from there).
