Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

In sales ZoomInfo is used to find prospects within current or potential customers.

Pros

  • Large Database - lots of info
  • Easy to use platform and searches
  • The "reach out" plug in for linked in is great

Cons

  • Information inevitably becomes stale
  • You can go through credits quickly when exporting data
  • There has been an uptick in meetings set
  • The database has grown
It is comparable to most data sites. They all get stale after a while and are best used in conjunction with LinkedIn. The reachout plugin for Chrome makes zoominfo stand out (you can view a LinkedIn profile and pull their info from there).
It is great to find contacts for sales efforts, primarily for a quantitative approach; definitely quantity over quality.
