Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo was only being utilized by the BDR team, but as we made a shift to self-sourcing account executives, we decided to add licenses for our entire sales organization.

I use ZoomInfo on a daily basis to prospect and avoid calling into and working through gatekeepers. Having direct lines and emails is very useful for these aspects.
  • Direct dials to decision makers
  • Email verification
  • Searching for net new contacts that aren't already in the CRM
  • ZoomInfo works best when used in conjunction with another prospecting tool, i.e. Sales Nav.
  • Searching for contract roles was historically hard. With their new functionality, it's been a lot easier!
  • Faster lead to conversion rates. Having their direct number when they don't leave it after downloading an eBook is key to getting a hold of them!
  • I was able to add a ton of possible decision makers to the CRM that weren't already there.
  • Efficiency of our BDR team making cold calls. Specifically, their call to connect ratios went through the roof!
Zoominfo was able to provide us an unparalleled amount of cell phone numbers compared to DiscoverOrg.
