Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Currently, we utilize ZoomInfo for our department to prospect and update existing contacts. The business problem ZoomInfo does a great job of addressing is finding accurate, direct phone numbers for contacts that I have yet to see with other prospecting tools. They have continuously updated the platform to fit the need for competitive researching as well and syncs with Salesforce easily.
  • High quality leads that have accurate direct phone numbers, so you're not having to go through main lines to get to prospects.
  • Search and filtering for new companies and leads is done easily as well.
  • Can easily create leads and contacts directly into Salesforce and catches dupes and prevents them from being imported.
  • I would like to see that the contact information is updated. There are times where email addresses are inaccurate - which happens with any prospecting tool, but it would be great if we could sync with our Salesforce to show email prospected using ZI has bounced and to be logged into ZoomInfo for review and update.
  • Utilizing ZoomInfo has grown our database over the last year as we had a lofty goal, and a dedicated team to accomplish it.
  • The tool definitely increases employee efficiency in regards to team members being able to go directly to the platform and finding the accurate phone number instead of searching for prospects phone numbers online.
We've trialed a few different tools over the years to make sure we're utilizing the best tool out there for our team. What we cared for most of all was data quality to make sure the team is using their time efficiently and ZoomInfo won out in regards to email and phone numbers being the most accurate.
ZoomInfo is well suited for organizations that are outbound call heavy and have a prospecting team creating new accounts. It worked well for us when we were a team of 5 people and has worked well even after growing into a team of 20. Overall adoption of the platform is easy and self-explanatory.
