Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is used by our sales team to identify key prospects within accounts and obtain their contact information for outreach purposes. It's a solution for our prospecting purposes.

Pros

  • List contacts in terms of relevance
  • Ability to filter by job title and function
  • Account List upload option and bulk prospect search

Cons

  • Some of the contacts listed in there are long gone out of the company
  • Some contacts do not have a job title listed
  • Occasionally, the phone numbers provided are wrong numbers
  • Seen an increase in overall number of contacts identified per account
  • ROI from closed/won accounts that we used ZoomInfo to get their contact information
  • Efficiency has also improved when using the bulk prospect search and uploading our account list
DiscoverOrg. but the AE we worked with was a huge jerk. And we didn't see the value for they what wanted to charge us.
ZoomInfo is a power tool for sales teams. However, I don't know of another department that could make good use of the tool
