Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is mostly being used by sales and marketing to identify accounts to target and gain contact information.

Pros

  • Chrome extension
  • Integration with CRM

Cons

  • More direct phone numbers
  • Keep information updated e.g. some employees have left the organization long ago
  • Less time wasted hunting down leads
  • Great prospecting tool
It is good for finding companies and contacts that fit our qualifiers. Not so great with keeping contact information up to date.
