Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

I use ZoomInfo for sales data collection. It is being used by our department to provide data to our sales department.

Pros

  • Simple UI

Cons

  • Credit is pricey
  • No Chinese language option
  • We can categorize information in many different ways.
  • It is faster to get target company information using ZoomInfo.
With ZoomInfo, you can increase data update frequency which helps us to get more accurate company information.

It could quickly find target company information if the company name I type is exactly right/matches ZoomInfo, but it is unavailable if there is any typo in the search or if I use an abbreviated/alternate company name.
