Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo works well functionally, but the more I use it and the more webinars that I attend, there are a lot of features that are not usable without purchasing all of the different packages. For example, the webinar that I just attended outlines about three features that I can't use. I'm not opposed to ZoomInfo making money off their different license types, but I've asked how to get value from the dataset if I don't have all the packages and haven't gotten any response.

- Adding additional contacts increases points of contact with Sales team
- Verifying data ensures Sales contacts the right person at the right number/email
We did not extensively demo additional products, but I have seen demos of other products. In addition, I use other sources for B2B account data, which is more in-depth and industry specific. If you sell to a more specialized industry (particularly with multiple subsidiaries and holding companies), ZoomInfo is not as helpful in providing info to navigate those multi-layered companies.
