Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We used ZoomInfo mainly for the Sales Team to look for leads and make account management plans for each client, while also getting the lead's data such as phone number, job role, and email to build marketing email lists so we could make targeted campaigns by industry and job role to support the Sales Team. As a marketing manager, I was responsible for preparing the lists and validating them with the Sales Team so we could coordinate marketing emails and sales phone calls.
- High amount of data at a very detailed level.
- Lots of available filters.
- Integrations with other tools.
- Email validation with tools like never bounce.
- Ability to integrate with Linkedin for connections and in-mails.
- Growth of the lead database for marketing activities.
- Reduction on CAC (cheaper than Linkedin).
ZoomInfo is a company owned by DiscoverOrg, so we didn't even consider using one or the other. We replaced ZooIinfo with Agency Leads, a new solution that we've been testing for the past 3 months because they were cheaper and seemed to have specific filters related to our industry that ZoomInfo didn't have.
