Essential for prospecting and finding new contacts
Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is being used for prospecting by our sales team. It really helps in finding the appropriate contacts to reach out to at a company.
Pros
- Gathers useful information on a prospect or company.
- Interface is clean and easy to maneuver.
- I love how it is integrated with Salesforce and Linkedin.
Cons
- When a company's HQ is outside of the US, it does not allow me to transfer the contact to Salesforce as a lead. I'm not sure if there is a way around this, but I then have to enter the lead manually on Salesforce, which takes more time.
- Decreased time to reach decision makers.
- Less cold calls in person (saving money by travel).
- Increased efficiency.
I've only used sales leads in the past but ZoomInfo has much more information pertaining to the specific contact or company.
