Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is current been used in the entire organization's sales department. Whether its BD, Direct sales or Channel Sales, this portal has has provided a lot of information that a global sales organization such as ours can use to create targets and better understand the prospective organization.
The portal is the only one of the kind which can provide accurate details of the contacts in an organization but not limited to just this, it also provides much wider information on the organization such as org chart with departmental views, contact details, financials and most importantly the market news on target organizations.

I have used LinkedIn, DiscoverOrg and Zoominfo before DiscoverOrg was acquired by ZoomInfo. I mostly depend on ZoomInfo for contact details and Org charts perspective which is much better represented in ZoomInfo than any other portal. As an experience sales professional I still believe having a phone call is much better than emails or digital messages.
ZoomInfo is well suited for the BD team or Sales Hunters who needs to learn who and where to target. Its great with the information in NA, EU regions but has limited accuracy of information when it comes to Africa, Southwest Asia, China, Russia, Latam, etc. But it can certainly provide accurate or near accurate information in those regions as well to help you lead the sales conversations after researching a little on other portals such as LinkedIn.
