We use ZoomInfo to strengthen our CRM and enable our account-based marketing strategy. It is being used by our marketing and lead generation teams to enrich our Hubspot database and by the sales team to inform communication strategies and complete research on organizational changes within the buying committee. In our business, we rarely get a second chance at a first impression. ZoomInfo helps us be fully prepared before we communicate with a prospect.
- Automated enrichment of our CRM provides timely data that informs lead scoring and drip campaigns.
- The data is very comprehensive and up to date. We can't afford to be late to getting this information.
- The interface is very intuitive, which makes buy-in across the entire team a lot easier.
- They are extremely sensitive about the how licenses are used as they price on a per-seat basis. It has caused some frustration on both sides.
- There are monthly caps on the amount of data an individual license can download. it has been more difficult than necessary for our large data clean-up.
- No data source is perfect and we have seen some out of date data.
- It's too early to tell whether the investment will result in more deals but it has definitely contributed to a healthier database and greater efficiency in the sales process.
