Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
I am using ZoomInfo to help enhance inbound marketing data. Currently, we have users filling out information through forms on our website. We're able to limit the number of fields on the form - ultimately increasing conversion rates - and then instantly enhance that user's data. We import that data from HubSpot to Salesforce for our SDRs to use during outreach. Lastly, I am able to segment emails based on this data to send relevant content to users.

ZoomInfo was selected by our SDR team - I realized the power and decided to use it from the marketing side to better improve our database, email segmentation and our remarketing programs. It's also nice to report on our lead stages by things like Industry, company size, job titles, functions, etc. which are all fields that we weren't previously collecting.
