Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
As the owner of a successful recruiting firm, ZoomInfo has been a major contributor to the success of our organization currently and at my previous company. Being able to source qualified candidates is the key to helping businesses hire a strong workforce and ZoomInfo is one of the best places to gather up-to-date intelligence for reaching the right people.
- ZoomInfo provides a relatively comprehensive list of companies as well as employees by location.
- Most entries for individuals provide company phone numbers, direct business phone numbers, work emails and in many cases, cell phone and personal email information.
- ZoomInfo provides tracking services, saved searches, and a project function to keep up with your search progress.
- Live and recorded training classes are offered regularly.
- I have only used ZoomInfo in conjunction with an applicant tracking system, which works well. However, they have new products that seem to make it a more stand alone application. I have not taken the time to figure it out. I could use some coaching.
Do you think ZoomInfo Sales delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with ZoomInfo Sales's feature set?
Yes
Did ZoomInfo Sales live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of ZoomInfo Sales go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy ZoomInfo Sales again?
Yes
- ZoomInfo has opened another way to reach people. In the past one had to go through a switchboard operator to reach people. With business and personal contact information, there is a much higher probability of reaching prospects and candidates.
- A good percentage of people have their Linked In profiles connected to their ZoomInfo contact profile. Being able to move quickly between applications is also another valuable time saver and it provides an immediate verification that the individuals are still employed by the indicated employer.
- The ability to download prospective companies and candidates directly into a Applicant or SalesTracking System cuts down on the time that has, in the past, been spent on adding information, one company or person at a time.
I have not used a lot of information gathering sites in the past. There are plenty of "free" people search sites that pop up. However, in order to get the level of data you may need, it usually costs money. I have used Spokeo a few times but there seems to be a lot of records that requires guess-work; I found it confusing without enough relevant contact details. I have not had that situation working with ZoomInfo.
