Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo in the sales enablement department and it is mainly used to support the sales team. We use the tool to pull lists within our Ideal Customer Persona profiles for our cold email outreach. Additionally, we use the feature that tracks website visitors so we can properly analyze our online exposure.

The only concern I've had is with the account management team. Since we have started with ZoomInfo, we have been passed around to many different account managers (some of which just end up directing us to someone else, who isn't able to help us). We constantly are sent in circles with support tickets.
