Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Finding phone numbers is hard especially in these times. ZoomInfo has the info, they have tight integration into SFDC, and multiple ways to access this info. Highly recommended. They have intent data, contact info, and news on companies. A [one-stop] shop for making the sales discovery process more efficient. The export and uploading is a snap, one click, and the contact is loaded. SWEET!

any sales rep can benefit from [ZoomInfo]. the integration into your systems makes it easy to import that information, this saves time. The synch feature in salesforce is great, allows you to acquire and synch information already in SFDC. The company news feature is one area that could be improved. Navigation within news is clumsy. it takes some time to get used to the way they display news, and there are other sources that are deeper, but having it all in one place is great.
