Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use it to be able to prospect and find the right points of contact before we make a cold call. In addition, we occasionally will use the lead generation tool to help us get industry-specific leads to call on.
  • It helps find relevant contact information for c level executives that we’re looking to speak to.
  • I like that you’re able to sort larger companies by organization so I’m able to find the info I’m looking for quickly.
  • The lead extraction tool has been great since it integrates to our crm so it’s super easy.
  • More contact info for smaller companies.

  • Increased employee efficiency by cutting down prospecting time.
  • Positive ROI, by enabling us to find c level exec information with decision-making power. This led to closing those deals by bypassing gatekeepers that we likely wouldn’t have gotten past initially.
We’re actually able to get more complete lists with Builtwith, but that’s all they help us with.
For larger organizations, I’ve been able to get the contact information for decision-makers relative to my field, and been able to move the sale along and win those customers.
