Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is a supplement to our prospecting efforts, and probably the most effective one that we have available to us from a contact information standpoint. The integration with Salesforce and its ability to export to the CRM really streamlines the process of getting the leads and contacts where we need them to be in order to sequence them. The Chrome extension in combination with Sales Navigator is also a very convenient feature that streamlines the process as well.

ZoomInfo provides much more information than Sales Navigator can. Company news, industry information, and simply contact information are more readily available and easily acted upon than Sales Navigator. Obviously, there is no way to use ZoomInfo as a channel of direct communication with these contacts, but that isn't necessarily a part of the use case when adopting ZoomInfo.
