Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo to find individuals and companies to contact for sales. ZoomInfo helps us find companies that we wouldn't be able to find otherwise. We look for companies with international locations which ZoomInfo makes extremely easy and significantly more efficient for us. Without ZoomInfo, I'm not sure how I would go about doing my job.
- Allows you to sort by international locations.
- Provides direct phone numbers.
- Provides business emails.
- Information isn't always correct for people.
- Not everyone at a company is on ZoomInfo.
- Often someone that doesn't work at a company is listed under that company in ZoomInfo.

I only used the trial provided by UpLead but from what I remember, ZoomInfo is superior to their platform. One thing that ZoomInfo doesn't do the best is provide the most accurate information. I wasn't involved in the selection process but I know that everyone's productivity has improved since we started using it.
