Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo to allow our SDR team to easily find better contact information when prospects have left an organization. If the prospect they are looking to speak to does not have valid contact information or if they were directed to speak to someone else without any contact data. We also use it to run ICP refreshes of data.
- Provides mobile numbers.
- Automates refreshing data.
- Integration to Salesforce.
- Technology in use from companies is helpful, but could be better.
- Intent and email bounce data is another additional add on.
- Lots of acquisitions they are still working through.

Their integration into Salesforce is very good and allows for less time spent in the platform if set up and mapped accurately. Having the ability to set up automatic refreshes that are providing trustworthy data is a big one for me. We have evaluated other tools that take too much time to get what you are looking for and allow reps to fall down a rabbit hole of prospecting if not careful.
