Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo to scrape contact info for prospecting. You can very easily export new contacts, leads, and accounts directly from Linkedin into Salesforce with a few clicks of a button. You can also do detailed account searches that can get pretty granular based on sector, geo, employee count, etc. Cool tool.

- Login can be clunky.
- Data is often stale or inaccurate.
- Moving data from ZoomInfo to Salesforce can take forever.

- Increased SDR and SMB AE efficiency in scraping for new prospects.
- Generally better data quality than other contact search tools I've used.
- Still bad/no data when prospecting to non US based companies/prospects.
I wasn't involved in the selection of ZoomInfo but I do use another data aggregator (PitchBook) for scraping prospect contact information and I will say ZoomInfo is far more accurate when producing emails. ZoomInfo is a pretty straightforward plug-in, pretty easy to use, likely has far more firepower than what I'm using it for. Perhaps they could make it a bit more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing to use, it's super boring from a UX perspective.
