Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

The business problem Zoominfo addresses in the lack of client contacts in our CMR. Currently I use ZoomInfo to research clients and prospecting information.

  • Providing Scoops about upcoming client initiatives
  • Don't place limitations on amount of contacts you can export
  • Easier way to drill down into current technology at a client account
  • Simple way to get a client email or phone

ZoomInfo suited me well when trying to pull info on client date email and phone. Less appropriate when I was trying to research about company initiatives and upcoming projects.
