Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Operations

ZoomInfo allows us to find pertinent company information to support our work in Sales. It has helped us to target more appropriate cities and industries that hire the type of candidates we work with. We also are able to get intel on those companies for informed outreach that has impacted our results for the positive.

We would struggle immensely without ZoomInfo Operations. It is our first go to spot for all up-to-date account and contact information. We supplement with other tools but ZoomInfo has allowed us to truly be successful in our space and we are so thankful. I also would say to someone on the fence, these results are more accurate than most of the tools out there.

I think it's decently easy to use though there was a bit of a learning curve to play around with it and see the results. I've found it did not take long to get the hang of and I think others would agree with that sentiment.
The companies that we search have a lot of information that empowers our team available within ZoomInfo Operations. We can look at size of employees, where they're located, the headquarters, the year founded, the overall annual revenue, the size of legal teams they have, etc. All of this empowers our team in conversation.
We didn't find that Interseller compared. We have found that SourceWhale is a good supplement if ZoomInfo doesn't have information or accurate information for a contact.
