Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Operations
ZoomInfo Operations help considerably with integration of data, and taking what we have in our CRM to the next level. The data import/export tools they offer allow us to mesh or extrapolate from the data we've collected, which in database - lead generation is extremely valuable, as well as grading already qualified leads. We use both Operations and Sales, and they work together great! It addresses taking massive amounts of prospects in daily, allowing thousands of employees to find what they need faster.
Pros

Cons
- Lower pricing tier, some other zoom products have freemium versions which would be nice
- Faster import/export time for data, depending on the size of the data, it may take close to more than a few minutes.
- Merging data does not always report 100% of data merged.
- The rate we close prospects run through Zoom products is up 10% on average
- The time to close a prospect has been reduced by one calendar week (about 5%)
- The time spent reviewing prospects has shrunk from 1-2 hours a week to 5-10 minutes which is HUGE.
We had ZoomInfo Sales for quite a while and we use our own in-house CRM/TMS for most of our sales needs. Adding this allowed us to really clean up our sales prospects, as well as bring in some new sources of potential business. And it has made everything prior to working with the customer faster, and much more linear.

We grade the data that we pull from these sources using zoominfo operations. Mainly ZoomInfo Sales, but also Salesforce and hubspot in that order.
our sales team often receives just the name, or category of the prospect, and has to go out to see if 1. they're still in business 2. if their business actually matches the description 3. if they use freight services or no 4. if they're parcel or freight 5. if their net worth is high enough to get credit with us, and 6. who the contacts are.
