Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Operations

I use ZoomInfo Operations to find the right talent opertating in multiple countries across the globe, it helps me to get the details of the right person to connect with to start a new partnership in the ongoing process. Most of the time problems I have faced are not getting the correct information from other tools but ZoomInfo Operations gives me.

Pros

  • Getting the correct details of talent
  • Very easy to export the data in csv format
  • Shows the most accurate market insight across the globe

Cons

  • Let’s improve the UI a little bit
  • Add some more shortcuts for handy process across the tool
  • Sometimes the market insight data is incorrect
  • Should check the data on monthly basis to avoid errors
  • It has increased candidates pipeline
  • It has reduced time to hire
  • It has improved ROI on recruiting efforts
After using it for almost a year, I have got the 99% correct data and this has helped me to to connect with the right person and boosted my productivity along with organisation profits. Taling about 1% inaccurate data, it gave me headache but never cost me dearly, so overall it has helped me to be more productive and more profitable
It has a very deep depth, I save data to Bullhorn and create pipelines in different ways
I feel it is very smooth, 99% accurate, has accessibility to vast data, exproting data is easy, generating new leads, UI is good and clean, many shortcuts enabled, integrated with many third party tools like Bullhorn, good security, hassle free, over all good in terms of generating pipelines for talent sourcing.
ZoomInfo Operations has had major impact on our operation, it provides us the most accurate information and market insight across rhe globe, by this we have generated an ample amount of revenue by getting the accurate information and data.
