Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

It's simplistic enough that someone who is a beginner with tech can adjust, but also powerful enough to provide more of the in-depth information you may need to personalize outreach to a prospect or close the deal. Having a method that you can scale also allows for one to drive greater pipeline depth and potential revenue.
I use ZoomInfo Sales Daily as a BDR in a Sales capacity. This includes cross-referencing data; such as phone numbers, email, addresses, company info, and more. Overall the software makes my life easier, without getting in the way. No literally - they have an amazing extension that's great for working on the fly and not clogging up your page - keep up the great work team!

Pros

  • Great with Displaying important information in a simplistic way
  • The quality of the information; such as phone numbers an emails addresses, have been top notch.
  • I'm a big fan of the chrome extension and also use it daily.

Cons

  • It would be interesting to see how things incorporate AI.
  • Giving an option to stay logged in for more than 1 day.
  • A dark theme would be awesome!
  • ZoomInfo Sales has helped me prospect faster for the important information I need.
  • Seen an overall increase in meetings booked
  • Having the right information for the right call can make all the difference in a booked meeting or closed deal.
Gong is used for a different solution; however, ZoomInfo Sales is allowing me to work easier and faster in my day-to-day tasks with the most important thing in mind - accuracy of information. Accuracy of information can make or break your day whether you're booking meetings for your Growth Specialists, or spinning your wheels. Taking the time to make sure you have accurate information, is like ensuring you have a sharp knife before you begin cooking. A delicious meal always begins in the prep work.

ZoomInfo Sales can pretty much handle anything you need to throw at it; whether that's finding a prospect's phone number and address of their HQ - to learning more in-depth details like potential revenue, or how many employees they have in the organization.

The biggest thing I believe for us at my company was going to be a behind-the-scenes instance that wouldn't allow us to use it as a standalone solution.
