Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales
We use ZoomInfo Sales to verify contact details and a prospective customer's current company, get insights into the company, the different applications it is using, and the core initiatives that its leadership is trying to accomplish. ZoomInfo provides intelligence that helps a rep personalize outreach to ensure that the offering aligns with that person's professional goals.
Pros
- Searchable database of contact and company info.
- Individual profiles.
- Create targeted lists.
Cons
- Sometimes the contact details don't reflect that person's new position.
- Technologies used can be dated.
- Employee count isn't always exact.
- Improving sales pipeline.
- increasing reach on prospecting cadences.
- Enhancing account strategy / planning.
Maybe marginally, I wouldn't say that it has been a massive game changer. It always helps to have more data, but similar to other intelligence tools, ZoomInfo doesn't always keep up with data hygiene, especially if there's been a lot of rapid growth at a particular company. I see it as a benefit in the account strategy/planning phase.
The tools are leveraged for different purposes. Salesloft provides tracking information and the ability to create templates and run targeted cadences. Gong is an AI recorder/analysis tool, and 6sense provides more details about specific people/companies showing interest and analyzes their buying stage.
