Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

Easy to use out of the box, very intuitive platform, easy to build lists, easy to build filters to look for ideal client profiles, easy to look for buyer intent.

I can't say how easy enough it is to use ZoomInfo Sales and implement it for any new rep in my team!
We use ZoomInfo Sales for sales intelligence, where we use it to uncover a few key things such as buyer intent and buyer persona's within our ideal client profile.

We also use it to feed into our CRM where it automatically creates contacts & tracks companies in which we've reached out to before for us.

I procured the solution for my team, hence the use case was very clear where we needed to compare vendors that provided sales intelligence.

For us, ZoomInfo Sales had the best data quality and comprehensive information on our ideal client profiles and buyer personas when testing against other sales intelligence providers, hence we proceeded with them.
ZoomInfo Sales provided the best data fidelity and quality for our team and region. In terms of pricing, it was not the cheapest by far, however the value vs price of what we got from ZoomInfo Sales was by far the best given that the other providers were unable to actually finetune and find the right ICP for us in our case.
