Overall Satisfaction with Zuora

My company uses Zuora as our billing system. We have it linked with Salesforce and it provisions all new sales we have.
  • Invoicing- nice invoice templates and very flexible with the type of information one would like to add to it.
  • Reporting- numerous reports can be made with zuora and gives you so many filters to work with.
  • I think Zuora is working well for our company.
Yes, zuora has helped us be very flexible with pricing and billing periods we would like to bill for. It is a very flexible billing system, it can be confusing at first but once you get a hang of it you notice its flexibility and all the great features it offers.
  • Grow the sales team
Since using Zuora we have been able to manage our billing system directly and it has been something very great for us. We are able to turn on or off our licenses with a click of a button and it is great to have that ability.
Zuora is great with invoicing and is very flexible with the amendments it offers. All of our customers are set up on automated billing and Zuora makes it very easy for us to make any types of changes we need.
We have been using Zuora for almost a year now and so far have not run into barriers with this billing system. It works great for us and we are still learning all the features it has to offer us.
