Overall Satisfaction with Zuora
Zuora is being used by the accounting department to facilitate our billing.
Pros
- Zuora is user friendly.
- Zuora provides constant reporting options.
- Zuora has a variety of templates.
Cons
- Zuora does not have the abitlity to provide account statements.
I don't use Zuora for most of the examples above, but the auto pay option is very useful.

Evaluating Zuora and Competitors
Yes - We replaced Quick Books in order to have a more compliant and efficient billing system.
- Existing Relationship with the Vendor
A company we acquired was already using Zuora and recommended it to replace Quick Books.
We would have tried to get more training on the system.
