Overall Satisfaction with Zuora
It is used by our Accounting department. It addresses billing as far as creating invoices and sending to customers. Used to maintain accounts and process payments.
Pros
- Billing batches well
- Processed Credit Cards well
- Does payment runs and managing accounts well
Cons
- Random issues with taxing
- Should have a recall or undo button
Zuora is much more user friendly. Easy to navigate, to research, apply payments, refunds, anything to do with billing. The system is simple, fast and effective.
