Overall Satisfaction with Zuora

Zuora is used to manage sales quotes and customer subscriptions to our SaSS product. It's used by sales and operations to bill and invoice customers.
  • Quotes are pretty easy to create, but not great
  • It manages subscriptions, okay
  • Reporting. Not being able to see accurate MRR number is crazy.
  • UX of the product is very clunky.
  • Some times the system is too rigid and the only solution is to re-open a closed account period and reverse payments.

The reporting is not great, even with the new reporting builder. It does handle subscriptions well, but as soon as something breaks the mold, it becomes very difficult to handle.
