It is well suited for the manufacturing, Pharma, Educational and Retail sectors. They are second to none when supporting large companies. Small companies and people looking for employee engagement may not be the right fit.

Workday is well suited as am employee because it allows me to easily access pay and goal-setting information at a large org. It also made the process of getting hired and initially onboarded simple. I imagine it could be less helpful at a smaller organization where people have more direct access to folks in payroll

  • We used to take half a day to onboard new staff during our employee onboarding. We would collect necessary forms like aadhar, education certificates, experience certificates, and other forms. With 247HRM, it takes two hours. We cut the onboarding time in half. Can you imagine half a day saved for one employee onboarding?
  • I don’t stress about paying my people on time or accurate payroll because my experience with both the 247HRM product and its services helps give me the confidence in paying payroll on time. 2 clicks and I am done with payroll, generating a paysheet, pf ecr, esi upload and PT challan. All these in a span of 2 or 3 hours.

The way that the menus are laid out into Home, Personal, Organization, and more makes it fairly simple to find what you are looking for even if you do not know exactly where to find what you are looking for. The "Timely Suggestions" and other recommended tasks also elevate important tasks to your attention
