The tool also gives an insight into how many employees are there in a department/location/division of the company. I have found it easy to request leaves It is also a one-stop for quickly checking who is on leave today. As a manager, I don't have to keep a track of my reporter's birthdays and work anniversaries because 247HRM sends me a timely reminder. The HR team can use 247HRM to get digital acceptance of changes to the policies, and processes of the company. This eliminates the need of using a lot of paper and saves time for employees and the management.
