The Norton products, including Norton 360, Norton Antivirus, and Norton Security, are consumer antivirus and privacy protection products. Features include password management, VPN, dark web and credit monitoring for individuals, and cloud backup for PCs.
The services are easy to learn and manage. The support team is very competent and resolves my issues that come s up easily. As a business partner, they are proactive in offering solutions and help to improve what we are doing. They are always there for engineering solutions that we are not sure how to do.
For a stand-alone business this should do the trick, but if using across multiple clients (multi-tenancy not an option). Default settings within the program will cause performance issues if not tweaked, meaning someone with networking experience may be necessary. Not ideal for MSP's unless they only have a few clients, as the manageability must be done within "the walls" of each company.

The website is pretty slow and will kick you off sometimes. I know they are working on this. For now, this is the biggest problem we have with Acronis.
Their support team isn't great. It can take a while to get an issue resolved, although issues do not happen frequently.

They recently raised the pricing for backup usage and our price has nearly doubled. It is still lower than some other vendors, but we might review other options before renewing next year.

I did renew it before because support is great and cost is great. I believe that Norton has a very long experience in what they do and they are doing a great job with all the updates they provide and the work they are doing. Moreover Norton is going in the right direction for sure.
The platform is quite intuitive and centralizes many functions into a single console, which facilitates the daily management of all clients. However, some sections—such as the RMM, security audit reports, or the Awareness service—could be more comprehensive to enhance the overall experience. User interface is excellent. The green tickmark in the tray ensuring everything is undercontrol is so satisfying. I have turned on Auto updates so, I am not bothered about unnecessary download updates popup

Support has been helpful when we have had to reach out. We have not had to contact support that much so I do not have much feedback on them. I met the support team at the Cyber Summit and they are all very nice, smart individuals.

Price! All the services have low entry points and then hit you with big fees. Acronis Advanced Backup provides better management and control of your cost then the other services we evaluated. We have tested a number of solutions not on the list that have are price competitive, but the support was lacking.
User-friendly interface (it's not just AV and users who were interacting with the product), performance, resource usage (most of the computers were not very fresh and that factor was very critical), efficiency, it shouldn't be just sitting on a PC - it should protect it, what was perfectly done with that product.

We have been able to further develop our customerbase and and more MSP as our partners
Overall the recurring revenue coming from Acronis, will help us to increase revenue and margin, without investing in new hardware and save on energy-cost.
It is time consuming to implement Acronis into our system and train our employees. With this there is also cost involved, but we believe in the long-term investements we make here.
Poor performance against Spyware and other threats despite claiming to act against them (recognizes very few and eliminates less) It is limited to viruses.
Regular blocking of incoming scripts (in front of other antivirus)
Little or almost no compatibility with the Windows XP Firewall, but they are involved.
