Adaface vs. I-9 HQ™ for Employer Services, by Equifax vs. Harver

Anytime before in-person interview. Don't waste time doing anything else. Better to go with data. My suggestion would be to send candidates from resume screening stage or phone call stage to Adaface test stage. Candidates who pass are automatically flagged by Adaface. Those candidates take them to interviews. You will save a ton of time this way

One scenario where LawLogix falters is a very specific scenario of hiring minors without a Driver's License. In certain states, items such as report cards can be used in lieu of certain identifying documents. However, there is no accommodation for that in the current I-9 form.

Harver is a unique and efficient talent matching platform, this platform helps HR departments to easily identify the best talent for our open positions. Harver is easy to use and set up, has a solid user interface, with great integrations (quite limited, but good), plus it provides a pleasant experience for job seekers, making it easy for them to find the right job.

It's super simple to use. Cleanest interface I have seen. UX is straightforward. They do have help center in case you are stuck but I didn't need it (Used it to know about ATS integrations once). Support team is helpful. Strong positive feedback from our hiring managers for their test reports.

Gusto is great but Equifax Workforce Solutions really helps us manage payroll, HR, benefits, and other employee needs much more seamlessly. We are so glad we made the transition to this platform as it helps keep us organized even more for all of our employee needs! It's been a great decision
