Allego Revenue Enablement Platform vs. CustomShow.com

As we roll out new products or services, the learning and coaching platforms are key. They allow us to teach the team the content and then coach them as they video record their delivery of the content to a "client." This allows us to see how much they've absorbed and helps us to redirect them when needed.

It is well suited for larger organizations. It cannot be used by single individuals like people who use Prezi or Powerpoint. If you are a large organization and looking to save on productivity, time, and improve branding across marketing and sales pitches, this software is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend anyone heading up a company with 25 employees or more consider the software.

• The customer success team is very helpful in supporting our initiatives and giving us best practices

• It allows you collaborate and share across your organization.
• It integrates video seamlessly into any presentation you create.
• It have an incredible slide library management component that stores everything in the cloud for the users.
• Used by major fortune 100 companies, it allows for organizations to present their best and look their best.

• We have yet to discover something about the system we don't like.
• If hard-pressed to find a flaw, it would be that whomever authors content, the content is tied to that individual; however, Allego has the capability to "reassign" content to a different author when needed.

• I think the analytics piece could be improved a little more.

We love Allego and the various wasy we can use it. It has been a game changer for our team in helping them stand out from the competition.

Because it provides a great user experience, it makes my organization look good in front of pitches, and the software is great from a collaboration perspective. Plus, I like the fact that i can use video incredible well with all of my presentations. It has minor challenges and takes time to figure out, but once you do the sky is the limit.

Whenever we run into questions or issues, no matter how small or large, the team is quick to respond and assist us through any challenges we have

I was not personally involved in the purchase of Allego, but came to the organization shortly after. I would say that Allego stacks up to both Gong and Litmos pretty well with a few differences. Gong is a little more robust when it comes to the functionality of call intelligence and coaching and has a little more to offer when it comes to syncing up to Salesforce. But doesn't have the content storage or LMS capability. Litmos has the badging capability that Allego does not, but it didn't have the CI and content storage like Allego does

I think they are all stacking up against each other. Powerpoint is a free alternative. But I think CustomShow doesn't focus on better looking powerpoint slides....it focuses on better looking presentations period. Because of that, CustomShow is really in a different category of business presentation software and up there with Clearslide.

• We use it as a CRM for our customer interactions. This tool allows us to manage our customers efficiently.
• We call through the software, and calls are automatically captured along with the call records and captured as tasks completed.
• We use call coaching from the recorded calls to enable our team to improve further.
• Data upload of the past customer records are very cumbersome.
• UI is not in the same level as the market leaders like Salesforce etc,
