ApplicantPro vs. iSmartRecruit

ApplicantPro is well suited in a environment where an employer isn't hiring a ton of people - this is because ApplicantPro is built with some automation, but you do have to pay attention to each individual candidate. ApplicantPro would be less well suited for a company looking to hire a lot of people or a company where they want to post a ton of different jobs

The cost-effectiveness and flexibility of iSmartRecruit are impressive. It's a strategic investment that yields significant returns in recruitment success, in our opinion. Therefore, we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking top-tier recruitment software.

• Easy and quick access to clients, candidates, jobs and prospects.
• Posting our jobs to our websites.
• Uploading and parsing candidate resumes is simple.
• Keeping track of our placements or the candidates we don't place (and notes about why) help us as we consider people for future opportunities.

• Recently it has been a bit harder to push jobs to my Favorite job boards.
• Can be hard to reach a CSR for help.

• Every system has some room for improvement. But no major issues were found, so it’s completely fine.
• he system comes with many features and is easy to use, but it still requires some form of training to use it to the fullest and get maximum advantages.
• Every staffing agency business has different needs and requirements. iSmartRecruit helps us to do that. Very quick to respond to requests. Sometimes, it may take more time if the requirement is complex.

It is a solid product that is easy to use and implement.

We tried using BambooHR's built in job applications. It didn't post to near as many job sites and that is why we switched.

I have seen many products but iSmartRecruit won my trust due to being user friendly and having unique features as well excellent support

• ApplicantPro has given us a cost-efficient way of getting our jobs out to several free job sites and does a great job of integrating with Indeed.
• We typically get a great flow of candidates when we post with ApplicantPro.

• It's eliminated the need to hire additional administrative staff. This is the single biggest savings.
• It has saved a lot of time that allows us to spend more of our time and resources responding to clients and candidates. Our clients and candidates feel we are more service-oriented and different than our competition. We've received referrals this way. Difficult to measure - but definitely huge items.
