Adjust by AppLovin vs. Everflow - Partner Marketing Platform

According to my experience, I was able to integrate the Adjust by AppLovin to my marketing channels so that I made better and more detailed measurements for our apps. It was working with other 3rd party and marketing platforms very well. We analyzed the customer journey better after they downloaded or deleted the app. And user information is not kept inside the app makes it very trustable.

I would say the area Everflow has been the best for us is in tracking affiliate and internal metrics for our campaigns and our external(brokered) campaigns. A scenario where I think it may not be best suited would be integrating with Shopify through API. I've had multiple times where the integration doesn't go as stated it would and had to troubleshoot. I've also run into issues with reporting being accurate with that integration specifically. (Which could be Shopify's fault as they don't play well with many platforms anyway. So could be their problem, not Everflow's just to clarify).

• Tracking installs on mobile app campaigns on Android or iOS, as well as UAC campaigns.
• Tracking in-app actions on our mobile campaigns.
• Showing more accurate numbers, since it counts pure installs from new users only without counting re-installs,
• Counts installs only after first opening of the app, while Google and Apple count also downloads even if the app doesn't get installed or opened after.

• Houses creatives for affiliates to use.
• Generates reports and dashboards for tracking sales.

• UI is very confusing and needs a refresh.
• Reports are very limited and need more granularity.
• Onboarding program for agencies lacks concrete information.

• Publishers cannot see their redirect revenue on their dashboard but the admins can. Which causes a lot of manual updating through communication and explaining to clients/publishers.
• I wish Everflow had a "Cap start date" for offer caps. Cake had that feature and I used it often.

I would recommend AppsFlyer over Adjust, as they have a better UI, clearer solutions, and better customer success than Adjust. Regarding Singular, Adjust is lagging behind the reporting tools and analytics.
