Overall Satisfaction with Adjust Attribution

We use Adjust as a mobile measurement partner to track, analyze and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. It helps us understand which of our media channels works best in terms of app downloads as well as usage and navigation within the app and understand which users are more valuable to us.
  • Blocks fraudulent installs before validaitng their postbacks
  • Much cheaper than the competition
  • Good support team
  • UI is very confusing and needs a refresh.
  • Reports are very limited and need more granularity.
  • Onboarding program for agencies lacks concrete information.
  • Antifraud tools
  • Certification program
  • Webinars and supporting material
  • It has helped us stop fraud, improving ROI.
  • Cheaper than the competition improving ROI.
  • Helped us identify non performing media channels, improving ROI.
Each MMP has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. What I like about Adjust is that it blocks the postbacks for invalid traffic without triggering an install which helps reduce fraud, as the fraudulent party does not get paid. Other systems count the install and then you need to go into the logs to subtract it but Adjust does it automatically. However, Adjust is by far the MMP with the worst UI and UX.

Adjust is well suited for campaigns where you are going to be using media sources that will trigger a lot of clicks as Adjust's anti-fraud technology tool is very good at detecting click spamming and invalid traffic behaviour. However, for campaigns that will have a lot of sub-sites in each media source, I would prefer to use AppsFlyer which has fewer limitations in terms of the character limits on each tracking link.
