Articulate 360 vs. Degreed vs. EdCast (discontinued)

It is pretty well suited for information sharing. Where it lacks is training that requires discussions or a lot of complex thinking or decision-making. For content like that, we will usually host live sessions so we can facilitate discussions and actually hear from the learners on how they are using the material that they may have learned in a Rise course

Degreed is a software that is undoubtedly worth integrating in companies that plan or require the teaching of new topics and material to their employees. This platform is very easy to use, the interface is easy to use and provides detailed information on the learning that each of the employees has had, these learning details can be viewed by accessing the profile section of each employee. Degreed allows you to share strategic material with employees in the form of a "playlist" so that they can learn in an order of all the information. In addition, it allows you to create all kinds of certifications to provide employees with certificates based on behavior, evidence and approvers. These three certification phases make it possible to verify the information learned by the employee, in addition, they allow it to be known how much he has learned and what skills he has developed during that learning period. Without a doubt, Degreed is the best option for all companies that want to add learning content for their employees.

It is a simple and easy-to-use interface. It can sync easily with your mobile app if required. My company uses Edcast for different purposes i.e. for learning resources to grow us within the organization.

• Each time I think of an idea for making the course more visually appealing or creative, Articulate 360 has already prepared the functionality.
• The translation/localization feature is intuitive, fits our work flow, and works great.

• I would like to see features like video creating software within the tool.
• Triggers could be made easier for new users. This may be solved with AI (i.e., tell AI what you want, and AI will create the trigger for you).

• Degreed itself doesn't offer a whole lot of courses.
• It can be tricky to add some material that is found outside the platform.

This has been a huge time saver with all the new features. It has become a trusted platform for ease of use and reliability. Cost per license continues to stay at a good point for renewal. Using it to think outside of our current needs and innovate in a timely manner.

I love the tool and while I do use others, this is my go to for Rise and Storyline. While Rise is very easy to use, Storyline is a learned platform. I do not have anyone on my team, yet, and will need to catch new ID up to speed which is why I rated 9

I rate the overall support for Articulate 360 ​​with a 9. On the one hand because of the smooth and accurate support from Articulate's support team (usually within 24 hours) and on the other because of the commitment / use of a community (e-learning Heroes) where I have all kinds of insights from other helpful users.

FAQ section is very helpful and website allows you to do many things like keeping your account even if you have left your company.

The online training options given by the online tutorials, forums, and "E-Learning Heroes" community are simply awesome. Examples galore, easy to understand descriptions including step-by-step guides, images, occasionally videos, and the "Articulate Insiders" sub-community give you more materials to learn about Storyline than you are likely to be able to read.

Outside of having to dedicate a powerful enough PC for the installation and having to update Flash in our browsers there really isn't much pain involved in using Articulate. For the most part this is an easy to implement and roll-out product. The installation occurs quickly and smoothly with no additional steps needed.

In my opinion, Articulate 360 offers what all of these provided to me in one place. I love that I can create my own graphics, my own VOs, my own touch, all while also using form fillable templates. I love that I can work with my team on my design in real time. And zipping and posting my packages on our platforms is so easy! To me, these other programs, they all have the LEGO pieces individually , but Articulate 360 has built the whole LEGO castle.

I think that in a business setting, Degreed is more streamlined to benefit us than almost any other tool. Canvas is great in higher/lower education where the learning is the actual product. In a business setting, tools like Degreed and Bridge do a wonderful job helping our employees build and show their own ROI to upper management.

It's easier to use then BambooHR and it is simple and self-explanatory. So being part of this organization I always prefer Edcast.

Easy to use. Cheap. It has a lot of features.

• The immersive 360 image activities allowed us to train our field engineers on dangerous topics and environments like electrical safety and on-site safety without even putting a hard hat on.
• The new AI outline features have decreased our time-to-product by at least 30%
• The use of a single suite of tools, (along with the creative cloud) led to decreased annual costs over alternative piecemeal solutions.

• Our employees were able to develop new skills and new talents that allowed them to have better productivity and could develop better activities within our labor sector.
• We have saved money on the learning material compartment. We used to spend a lot of money on material for our employees, but the courses Degreed offers are at a more affordable price.
• The socialization of our employees has improved significantly. Thanks to the "community" system that Degreed offers, our employees can discuss learning topics while taking a course or watching a video.
