Articulate 360 vs. Sendspark

It is pretty well suited for information sharing. Where it lacks is training that requires discussions or a lot of complex thinking or decision-making. For content like that, we will usually host live sessions so we can facilitate discussions and actually hear from the learners on how they are using the material that they may have learned in a Rise course

In my experience, Sendspark is particularly well-suited for sales and marketing professionals who need to create and send personalized videos at scale. The platform makes it easy to quickly record and share videos, which can be a great way to stand out in a crowded market and provide a more engaging and personal experience for clients. Additionally, the branding and marketing features of Sendspark are handy for maintaining a consistent and professional image. On the other hand, I think Sendspark may be less appropriate for organizations that require more robust collaboration and video editing features. The platform is designed for simplicity and speed, so it may not be the best choice for users who need more advanced editing tools or the ability to work on videos with multiple users simultaneously. Additionally, the limited customization options for video themes may not be suitable for users who need more flexibility in terms of design and layout. Other video recording and sharing platforms may be a better fit in these cases.

• Each time I think of an idea for making the course more visually appealing or creative, Articulate 360 has already prepared the functionality.
• The translation/localization feature is intuitive, fits our work flow, and works great.
• The UI for Storyline and Rise are clear and intuitive.

• Ease of use - one click to record & one click to copy the thumbnail/URL.
• Video quality is consistently high.
• CTA implementation through templates is a huge time saver.
• Clean interface and virtually no learning curve.
• Works well across platforms, including mobile.

• I would like to see features like video creating software within the tool.
• Triggers could be made easier for new users. This may be solved with AI (i.e., tell AI what you want, and AI will create the trigger for you).

• I would love a PWA app so that there's a quick means to connect on-the-go.
• Increased Integration Usage - I need to add Sendspark to my new CRM platform and currently cannot do so.
• Lack of personalized green screen functionality - This feature is a must and hopefully there will be updates in the future.

This has been a huge time saver with all the new features. It has become a trusted platform for ease of use and reliability. Cost per license continues to stay at a good point for renewal. Using it to think outside of our current needs and innovate in a timely manner.

Because with such a contribution it is possible to reach customers much better than with many other expensive tools. It is comparatively cheaper to do marketing with emails. So you should make your email campaigns as effective as possible. What really works with Sendspark. I think Sendspark will implement many more things. Which is why I am currently convinced to continue using Sendspark.

I love the tool and while I do use others, this is my go to for Rise and Storyline. While Rise is very easy to use, Storyline is a learned platform. I do not have anyone on my team, yet, and will need to catch new ID up to speed which is why I rated 9

Acutally we didnt have had any problems so far. Everything works since we use it. The Servers are fast, and creating videos is a breeze. The Dashboard works properly and we can work very Smooth with Sendspark so far.

Pages load fast, the videos play normally, and I haven't seen any delays in the system

Support is very fast. I actually get Support between 8-24 Hours which is Important for us. The website tend to slow down sometimes, but will not affect the overall usage. I think they have a good Server Plan, which runs smooth. Until now we didnt had any serious problems with saving our Video Files or Uploading.

I rate the overall support for Articulate 360 ​​with a 9. On the one hand because of the smooth and accurate support from Articulate's support team (usually within 24 hours) and on the other because of the commitment / use of a community (e-learning Heroes) where I have all kinds of insights from other helpful users.

The instructors don't know how to use it.

The online training options given by the online tutorials, forums, and "E-Learning Heroes" community are simply awesome. Examples galore, easy to understand descriptions including step-by-step guides, images, occasionally videos, and the "Articulate Insiders" sub-community give you more materials to learn about Storyline than you are likely to be able to read.

Outside of having to dedicate a powerful enough PC for the installation and having to update Flash in our browsers there really isn't much pain involved in using Articulate. For the most part this is an easy to implement and roll-out product. The installation occurs quickly and smoothly with no additional steps needed.

In my opinion, Articulate 360 offers what all of these provided to me in one place. I love that I can create my own graphics, my own VOs, my own touch, all while also using form fillable templates. I love that I can work with my team on my design in real time. And zipping and posting my packages on our platforms is so easy! To me, these other programs, they all have the LEGO pieces individually , but Articulate 360 has built the whole LEGO castle.

Loom provides all basic features of screen recording software but because they are established now, they sometimes fail to work on customer feedback while Sendspark is always innovative e.g one of the life-saving features is a link to share with customers to record their testimonials which other software are not doing.

Easy to use. Cheap. It has a lot of features.

I think there is a lot of space for scaling. But for a Company like us there is plenty enough of capabilites to use Sendspark without any lack of performance issues. Maybe Sendspark could be limited for very Big Companys. But since they are a Startup, maybe they will grow and dive us to a better overall experience.

• The immersive 360 image activities allowed us to train our field engineers on dangerous topics and environments like electrical safety and on-site safety without even putting a hard hat on.
• The new AI outline features have decreased our time-to-product by at least 30%
• The use of a single suite of tools, (along with the creative cloud) led to decreased annual costs over alternative piecemeal solutions.

• A member of my sales team went 10 for 10 on receiving replies from outreach prospects when leading with a Sendspark video message.
• Received a PO for $109K on the last day of the quarter after messaging a customer with a polite and earnest Sendspark video to get the PO that day.
• Supported a team member closing a sale by creating a Sendspark demo/explanation video of "this is how it would work" for the owner of a prospect company.
