Needles was what we were using before but with Assembly Neos we can work in the office or work remotely with no worries. Assembly Neos is also customizable to meet our specific and unique needs. The ability to integrate other software is also great because is makes for a more …
Neos gives a lot more options. The updates implemented in Neos helped me keep track of cases more easily. Neos was the easiest system to convert to compared to others. I also appreciate that Neos keeps a backup log of our work so we don't have to worry about losing it.
Assembly Neos has a new and improved look. It is spaced out so it is easy on the eyes and the tabs along the left hand side make it easy to navigate to different areas of the program. With Time Matters, everything was very "compact" view wise, and felt like a very old program …
Neos definately has more involved in the program than the others I have used. However, I used those products before we had the technology that we have today.
The only other previous program I used was Needles. Which was incredibly out dated and not as user friendly. I do not have any expierence with any other programs so I cannot give specific feedback.
I haven't used any other products like Neos. Right before joining the company, we used Needles. But I was hired right after the switch to Neos so I cannot speak on Needles.
I personally think that Litify is a little bit better than Neos, but that could be just personal preference. A big thing for me is the easy formatting of Litify. I like that they had a sticky note that would follow you around the claim so that you don't lose your note when …
I have not used any other products other than Assembly Neos, due to our company only having this professional product as our home based to our client's day to day use.
We selected NEOS because we had heard from other firms that it was great and very useful, especially geared to personal injury. This made us very excited until we realized that, for the small size of our firm, NEOS was not for us.
Neos stands out strongly against other case management software programs due to its consistent and frequent updates. Most software updates occur once a quarter or even once a year. I feel like I'm receiving a message from Neos Assembly once a week, advising that a new feature …
When we need to message the client directly from their file, it helps us keep track of when we last spoke with the client and manage any necessary information. Also, being able to see any changes made to the cases. I have not seen a less appropriate scenario. I feel like every improvement made in Neos has worked for the best.
Stores large files/allows for large files to be easily accessed and pulled up
The Assembly Neos tagging feature in the notes section has been incredibly helpful in keeping assignments organized and directing coworkers to certain case files
The tabs in the Documents section are very detailed and help keep large case files organized
The display of each file is easy to look at and organized, even when the files are very big or busy
Sometimes the updates are rolled out without a law firm minded person testing them. You can tell that technically they are well thought out, but when put to use in a firm setting, there are things that could have been easily identified by firm users and fixed before the initial roll out.
The wish list is a great idea, but when there are features to specific things that are not working, I would rather that be fixed to make that function usable rather than being told to put it on the wish list to possibly be fixed later on.
The integration with Microsoft typically works seamlessly. However we have been having more and more issues with the outlook integration.
I LOVE NEOS CLIENT SOFTWARE. I've been a paralegal for 30 years, and saw the technology go from hard files, to digital; and then from using Outlook and Excel to track everything to Needles, and then finally to Neos. I love Needles, but Neos is even better. It is the best client database I've used
This software deserves a ten not only because of the quality of the product you will get a the point of purchase, but also because it always improving on its features constantly. This software was very easy to learn compared to other programs that requires a prolonged acclimation time. I think it says a lot to have a tab or a spreadsheet for every instance in the litigation process.
Assembly Neos support is top tier. Within minutes, sometimes even seconds after submitting a ticket for help, someone from Assembly Neos is calling to help. The staff has always been extremely nice and so helpful. They always take their time explaining things and helping us to solve whatever problem we may have
Needles was what we were using before but with Assembly Neos we can work in the office or work remotely with no worries. Assembly Neos is also customizable to meet our specific and unique needs. The ability to integrate other software is also great because is makes for a more streamlined and seamless work flow.
