This is a decent tool with capabilities such as employee onboarding and recruitment assistance. Even the employee self-services have quite capable features and are unique. The areas of improvement should be employee life cycle management, leave tracking, and the benefits and compensation section could have had additional features which can be company-specific which can be customised.

As it is very user friendly, you can use it even in companies where people are not yet digital, they should not have any problem with the system. The implementation must be done in house so you need a small dedicated team. In our case, we put 5 people together for 1 day and were able to customize the system.
There are still some minor youth issues so you need to be a bit flexible.

Asure's benefit came from having a dedicated account manager that could be reached via phone rather than emailing or setting up a support ticket. The user experience on the software account feels like it was built on Windows 98 and it hasn't been updated but the information is all there if you're familiar with it. We have now moved to Gusto which has an integration with our timekeeping solution Deputy. I have experience with SurePayroll which offers simple automation if employees are salaried and no input is needed.

Reduction of the number of paper applications and CVs sent by email, centralized all the candidates’ information in one place. The things we value the most are candidate comparison, the comment section on the candidate profile, email templates and bulk emailing option, personal interview scheduling, and job multiposting. We would not change this tool to go back to our previous provider.
