Specific scenarios where Communifire would be well suited to an organisation, would be companies that are people focused and committed to frequent and open communication channels from both the top-down and bottom-up. It also would suit organizations that are committed to providing the staff opportunities to collaborate, share and actively contribute to company initiatives and planning. If these aren't elements of your organization's culture, the system would still work for you or those companies who just want to push information out and have an effective intranet. Communifire would cater to these scenarios just as well and is more than capable of providing that type of simple solution.

ElaBoard is particularly well-suited for creating engaging visuals for presentations, bulletin boards, and classroom door decorations. It is also great for managing projects and providing resources to help users collaborate more easily. Additionally, ElaBoard is great for quickly creating and sharing documents and materials with other users.When it comes to more complex tasks, such as creating animations and transitions, ElaBoard may not be the best option. Additionally, ElaBoard does not offer many customization options, making it difficult to create unique visuals that capture the user's desired look and feel. Finally, ElaBoard's search and filtering tools could be improved, as it can be difficult to quickly find the materials needed for a project.

We use Social Text as a platform to air our issues with different departments. We voice our concerns and suggestions so we can help find a solution to the problems we incur on a daily basis. We need to have social text as an app so we can communicate in real time not only during work hours.

• Communifire allows people to connect easily through instant chat and messaging. It works similarly to other social media platforms like Facebook so its not hard to learn.
• Communifire makes it easy to share news and events with our community and the presentation of this information looks very professional.
• I found Communifire quite easy to configure to our individual needs. There were a lot of options to turn things on or off. This was important to us because in some areas of our community we wanted to allow our contractors many features and in other areas we wanted to really limit what was on offer.
• We had a big list of things we needed a platform to do. Communifire ticked all the boxes.

• It provides a number of tools, such as a calendar, task lists, frameworks, tracking charts, shares, real-time notifications, and more.
• It allows us to create projects, share files, have real-time conversations and keep up with the activity of other team members.
• Analysis tools include interactive charts, pivot tables, performance and resource usage reports, and more. These tools allow users to gain a deep understanding of the results of their projects.

• Version history - Always keeps the edited versions and one can revert back any time
• Creating and Editing an article is very easy and intutive
• Sharing the articles with peers

• You can't duplicate broadcast messages or schedule ones in advance if they've already been sent.
• The analytics on broadcast messages is nonexistent.
• I wish the digests had rich text.

• There are too many steps to share your board with users not already signed up
• Cost; for smaller organizations it's great but 150+ people really start to add up fast
• It's 2022, improved accessibility is a must

• Search needs a ton of improvements. It was very slow a year ago
• Search result quality was also not that good
• I know they have improved their UI recently but when i used it last year it did not really have any design elements which could be used to make the articles look more presentable. It was important for us as we used it for external communication as well.

Our business depends upon this software to provide information on all aspects of our business. The future of business is a marriage between web site and customer interaction. This software will allow us to move in that direction.

We have a lot of info in Socialtext already. It would be hard to get all that info out and port it to a different system

This rating has a caveat - there is always room for improvement, and this team gets it. You always learn from customers how to do things better and easier, so it is a constant learning of how people use the site. Although the search engine is exceptional, most people do not use it as their first line of research. Much of the usability has to do with layout - and is not just a software usability item, so the rating is severely dependent up on the layout/options you choose for your usage. And their team will do anything in their power to get the results and layout you want. The areas that need improvement - and acknowledged by the team - are the administrative tools. There are a ton of options, and it takes a little to learn some of those. For most people, however, this won't be an issue, because the support team will always help you. This is always the case with more power. If there were fewer options it would no doubt be easier, but they give you the keys to all of the cars in the lot; so a little more to learn.

I gave ElaBoard an 8 rating for its overall usability because it provides an intuitive and user-friendly platform for teams to collaborate on a variety of tasks. The kindergarten management system was a great addition, as it allowed us to keep track of the kids inside the home or in the kindergarten. Additionally, the library of educational resources and games was also very useful. Furthermore, the platform is easy to set up and navigate, and the customer service team is responsive and helpful. Overall, ElaBoard makes it easy for teams to work together and efficiently get things done.

Additionally, ElaBoard has multiple layers of redundancy and failover built into the system to ensure that there are no single points of failure and that the system remains available even in the event of an unexpected outage. Furthermore, ElaBoard's servers are regularly monitored and maintained to ensure that the system is running optimally.

Pages on the platform load quickly, and reports tend to complete in a reasonable amount of time, given their complexity. Additionally, ElaBoard is designed to be light on resources, so it doesn't slow down other software or systems it might be integrated with. Furthermore, ElaBoard's servers are regularly monitored and maintained to ensure that the system is running optimally.

I give ElaBoard an 8 out of 10 rating because of the helpfulness and responsiveness of their customer service team. They have a knowledge base with detailed instructions and guides, as well as a dedicated customer service team that is available to answer questions. In my experience, the support team has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in resolving my issues quickly and efficiently. Additionally, I found that the product itself was easy to use and had a wide range of features that met my needs.

I found the system to be very flexible and the Communifire team very supportive in helping me identify solutions for my goals.

We selected Communifire for the excellent sales support, strong feature set and quick set up time. We were able to get started immediately and build out features as need required which led to faster execution and higher adoption rates among our team.

Interface of Ela Board is better and user-friendly. It is dependent on the G Suite and may not be considered as an independent Whiteboard. Very limited tools available. Media tools are not available. Being a google product, the we were not confident on the security front. Limited and not so good templates are available. However, you can change the background colors & images but it do not give a feel of full functional and professional solution

I frankly like Confluence better than socialtext because of the speed and the quality of search. They also have better design elements which can help make the articles pleasant to the eyes.

I gave ElaBoard a rating of 9 out of 10 for scalability because it is designed to be flexible and easily configurable, allowing organizations to quickly and easily adjust the system to their needs. Additionally, the product can be easily deployed in a variety of environments and scales to meet the needs of the organization. Furthermore, ElaBoard provides a wide range of features and tools that make it easy to integrate and manage data from multiple sources, as well as to create custom visualizations and reports. All of these features make ElaBoard an excellent choice for organizations looking for a highly scalable solution.

• We are still building out features of the platform but with implemention of paid features by members, we will be able to cover our operating cost of the platform.
