The policies that you make is where it's key. The "less you let people do, the better it will be" so to speak. So if you really clamp down on a policy and don't let people do specific things, then it'll be better for you. It also helps to protect the "not so tech savvy" people as well. Basically the same thing as above, if you have users that need more flexibility, on occasion the policies might come into play and interfere if you're not careful.

We are a small company; Norton Small Business gives us the freedom for our remote employees to work securely using their personal laptop /smartphone. Less appropriate: Someone with a few separate locations that require separate cybersecurity environment but would still benefit from centralized management.

• It would be great if there was a way for an administrator to make a file as safe from the end user device when a false positive has occurred (which is rare). At present and administrator has to log into the web console, create an exception and then wait 60-120 seconds for this to be effective on the end user device, still great, but this can be frustrating for users that are urgently trying to use the file.
• Executive reporting could be better. Just a single page dashboard report that could be included in other monthly reporting.

• I would like to see the program run a bit faster, there are times when it takes a few minutes to detect and issue my current state.
• We have co-workers who want to admire and try the program before taking the initiative to pay for its service, it is unfortunate that this program does not have a free version or a preview to each of its functions.

I have only used CylancePROTECT support one time and they were very fast and responsive with the answers that solved my issue. That is the only reason I gave them a 7 as I have only had one interaction with them.

Cylance, I believe is the only one that uses the predict and prevent execution of advanced threats and malware at the endpoint. Cylance is by far a superior product.

Morphisec won out in our search for strong protection against ransomware and zero-day attacks by offering a unique approach to preventing them, to begin with. There were some additional offerings that did some things very well themselves, but in the end, it came down to a few things Morphisec seemed to be the best in our research at least. Those things included how it specifically protected against ransomware and zero-day attacks, the small footprint it needs to run, and it's ability to just slot into our environment and allow us the flexibility to continue using our current XDR and NextGenAV platforms as well.

We did not actively consider any other software. Overall we did do a basic understanding of a pricing & features and found that the offerings from Symantec were better than others even prima facie. At the current time for an organisation such as ours we do not believe that there is any other option worth active consideration
