Bonterra Network for Good suits our needs for tracking donations, adding contacts, and categorizing them for email blasts, text messages, videos, and newsletters. We always know each contact's donation status, whether they're a "new donor," "active donor," or "lapsed donor." This software is very user-friendly. And if you have questions, "Ask Que. It's great!! This software is also affordable. We love it!

TeamRaiser is well suited for peer-to-peer fundraising activities, such as large pledge-based events like walks and runs or DIY fundraisers of many different types.

• The donation software is very user friendly to add donations to.
• The report section is very easy to use and to run what you need.
• The contact portion is extremely user friendly and is easy to keep track of donors, what they've paid and communication to them.

• Offers the ability to really customize a campaign on TeamRaiser.
• Provides milestones/badges that can be earned for participants.
• Provides custom pages that can be easily linked to a campaign.
• Gives the ability to send coaching emails to participants and for participants to send emails through the TeamRaiser system.

• In exporting reports, it would be helpful to have a "select all" option so you can easily select everything without having to manually click each one.
• In exporting reports, it may be helpful to have the option of saving various options for different needs so you don't have to manually click or unclick each choice every time, as you can currently only save one type.
• It would be helpful to be able to change an event/ticket information after it has already gone live for sales as we recently had an issue with this.

• Too many options so it can be hard to navigate.
• Requires a deeper HTML understanding to really get the most out of it.
• Would be better if the interface was similar to other original Blackbaud products.

We are still learning and rebuilding our nonprofit using this platform, so this year is a trial run to see how we can increase our network and our donations. So long as we are able to see a significant return on investment in terms of donations received through the platform, we will renew for next year.

Continued use will ensure an ongoing increase in this type of revenue and provides an alternative way of raising funds for our supporters.

I gave a usability rating of 10 because Bonterra Network for Good is a very simple software program. The program is set up so it's really easy to learn, especially with the great resources they have available. It's also really easy to use - it's very user friendly and intuitive. You can also easily contact a representative who can help walk you through whatever you need.

It can be overly complex and requires a deeper HTML understanding than most outside of IT have.

In 5+ years we have never had an issue with it not working when we needed it to. It is very reliable and doesn't seem to have a lot of bugs or interruptions in service.

It is always fast for us and reports have a very quick upload time. We don't integrate it into other programs so I'm not 100% sure about that, but it always works when we use it and is very reliable. Even when we run Excel files for complete information on donors, it always works very fast.

Most of the time they are quick and friendly and help me resolve any issues. There have only been a couple of times that we couldn't find a resolution and I was just told that NFG didn't have that capability.

Great and easy to access to get support to resolve issues immediately.

The implementation of using Bonterra Network for Good within our organization went very easily, with no large issues. We had help internally as well as from one of the Bonterra Network for Good representatives who helped to get all of our data imported seamlessly. It was an easy process that they walked us through.

Having a better understanding of product and objectives prior to implementation would lead to more success.

The main difference, in my opinion, was that at Network for Good we had a representative who helped us when we couldn't solve a problem ourselves. At Bloomerang, I had to go through several channels to reach someone. (Once I did, we haven't had an issue since.) We like Bloomerang's products (Qgiv - Bloomerang Fundraising) and the communications tools. We wish Bloomerang had texting as Network for Good did. Ultimately, though, we have found that FundraiseUp has the best donation page option for our organization.

While everydayheroPro and CrowdRise are easy to set up, already mobile friendly, have great interfaces, and are customizable, they lack some base capabilities that come with TeamRaiser, such as the ability to control the donation form, email capability, database syncing, badges/milestones, and custom pages. The everydayheroPro system has great potential, and we use it for our smaller DIY campaigns, but its support knowledge bank and customization is still so limited and can be frustrating to use because of it.
