Bonusly vs. Quantive vs. Vantage Circle

Bonusly has provided us a formal space to post recognition. While face to face recognition still occurs, this is a place where staff can post publicly or privately, but a majority choose public. It has been incredibly popular since our implementation. Staff love the ability to earn time off through recognition. That customized redemption is our most popular reward.

Gtmhub is great for aligning cross-functional marketing team members on centralized goals. In general, different positions have different tactics to support the same goal and Gtmhub provides really easy visibility into how each person is contributing. OKRs are a relatively straightforward framework but Gtmhub helps make the planning process much more straightforward than a makeshift or manual solution.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• Can help tomato sure celebratory dates aren’t forgotten (birthdays, work anniversaries)

• Allows for specific hashtags that can be tied into company values, to reiterate core values of the organization.

• Relatively simple to use UI with a great recommendation engine as you are building OKRs
• A lot of support resources for the product as well as for orgs implementing OKRs for the first time

• It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
• It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
• It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

• Moderation. The freedom to post anything for recognition can get out of hand depending on your tolerance/company culture. There are very little to no tools around better this.
• Bonusly has not done much in the way of adding features. Hard to call it a con but other similar platforms have extended into allowing more directed involvement from the organization. In other words: Bonusly is a little TOO hands-off in some ways.

• There are 100+ options to choose from. Very wide range of options - catering to a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life, age, taste, and background with diverse options.
• I never ever faced any issue- not even once, at the time of redemption & it was a smooth, seamless, wonderful & pleasant experience for me, always! Also, the redemption process is simple & could be done within a minute!
• This redemption could be used not only for any tangible purchases - also for invaluable experiences like holidays, fine dining, Hotel stays, Donations, Taxi rides, etc.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

Bonusly is easy to use and intuitive for anyone familiar with technology and using websites. There is a page where posts are made, and a page where rewards are redeemed. It is very straightforward.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

the cost was [the] main factor for us. I think the platforms are very similar. Bonusly is one focused on just employee recognition which is great and concise. BlueBoard offers a lot more by way of experiences and gift-giving for recognition but on the pricier side.

Vantage Circle is better in terms of being more user-friendly and has a lot of different e-commerce sites to choose from ranging from food, fashion, health to travel and sports. It provides additional cashback if we order products from their platform which is an added advantage. The best thing is that there is no expiry date for the points earned.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
